Stress Breakers
1. Exercise-get those kids outside for periodic breaks. Spring is in the air!
2.Eat well-put away all the junk food and bring out the fruit and veggies.
3.Keep contact with friends and relatives via all of our internet options.
4.Try to stick to a somewhat regular schedule. Kids thrive on structure.
5.Find new hobbies that DON’T involve electronic devices. Bake, paint pictures, learn chess, do puzzles, drive to the country and take walks, dance to music.
6.Music is a huge stress reliever. Use it.
7.Talk to your kids. Ask questions. Share your life.
8.Enjoy your pets.
